By accessing our website, purchasing marketing packages, or engaging Kultiva Marketing Agency for web design, hosting, Google Business Profile management, or paid advertising, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Kultiva Marketing Agency provides digital growth services for trade contractors as specified in your selected package or service agreement. Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary business accounts, domain registrars, content assets, and brand information required for campaign setup and website builds.
Your first month with Kultiva Marketing Agency is completely free and includes:A professional website build, Google Business Profile set-up and optimisation,Google Ads account set-upNo lock-in, no obligation — try the full system before you pay a cent.
If you choose not to continue with a paid plan, all services delivered during the free month — including the website, Google Business Profile setup, and Google Ads account configuration — will be deactivated and deleted at the end of the 30-day period.If you choose to continue, you'll be given full ongoing access to all services included in your selected plan. OwnershipThe website (including any URL/domain purchased on your behalf) is owned by Kultiva Marketing Agency for the duration of your service agreement.All Google products set up on your behalf — including your Google Business Profile and Google Ads account — are owned by you, the client, at all times.If you cancel your services with Kultiva, your Google Business Profile and Google Ads account remain yours and under your control.If you'd like to keep the website after cancelling, ownership and full development rights can be transferred to you via a one-off website purchase from Kultiva Marketing Agency. Kultiva invoices clients monthly via email. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer or PayID for instant clearance — details are included on every invoice. We don't store or process card details, and all payment instructions are sent through secure, encrypted channels.
At Kultiva, we don't believe in lock-in contracts. All retainers are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to scale up, pause, or cancel as your business needs change. We simply ask for 30 days written notice before ending or adjusting your service agreement.
We offer a 99.9% uptime SLA for managed cloud web hosting. Scheduled maintenance windows are performed during low-traffic hours and communicated in advance. Kultiva is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers or external DNS outages.
Kultiva Marketing Agency makes every effort to optimize campaigns and local search rankings; however, third-party search engine algorithms (such as Google Maps) and ad platform policies are beyond our direct control. In no event shall Kultiva Marketing Agency be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from campaign performance.
